How does partial cost recovery work?

  1. For the services included in the contract, a single call to +352 25 36 36 600 and we put you in touch wiht the appropriate tradesman to fix your problem, be it a locksmith, electrician, heating engineer, plumber or installer.
  2. The craftsman will invoice you for the work done. You send us the receipted invoice so that we can reimburse you. Reimbursement of labour is limited to €500 per year and a maximum of 2 interventions. Replacement parts and materials required for the repair are excluded.

  • Can I still call on ACL Assistance Home if I have not taken out the additional chargeable option?

    Yes, if you are an ACL member you can take advantage of this service, but we will not reimburse you for the labour costs.

  • Will the problem be fixed immediately by the ACL Assistance Home technician?

    This is an initial repair service. As far as possible, the craftsman will ensure that your problem is solved first so that you have time to make an appointment to solve the problem permanently.

  • What trades are covered by ACL Assistance Home?

    Locksmiths, electricians, heating engineers, fitters, plumbers.
